You will have the autonomy and space to create and implement new strategies to achieve this goal.
Your responsibilities?
- Activating content creators from a current database
- Recruiting new content creators
- Motivating creators to upload content
- As a content manager, you will develop an effective strategy for growing content that delights your audience.
- Training & coaching for content creators
- Manage and develop the community of content creators
- Monitor and create different reports.
- Develop and implement community management strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance online reputation.
- Track and analyze community metrics to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make
