This is how you support us
- As a Support Engineer (m/f/d), support ouremployees on their workstations and maintain applications, inparticular Helvetia
Net, Microsoft 365, peripherals, hostapplications - Recording fault reports anddocumenting tickets - you also manage (sub)projects in IToperations and carry out detailed error analyses to find solutions
- Provide employees with authorization andequipment when they join, leave and make changes within theorganization
- Whether modeling the
- howdatabase, taking software and hardware inventories or packagingsoftware - your IT knowledge is in demand - Last but not least on your agenda:
- designing and continuouslydeveloping processes as well as managing and communicating withservice providers in the software and hardware area
This will enrich our team
- Completed training and several years ofprofessional experience in the IT environment
- Experience in project management, process analysis andimprovement, coupled with
- depth knowledge of system support aswell as Windows and Microsoft 365 - Expertisein networks, Microsoft Windows server and client operating systems, Active Directory, VM ware, software packaging and distribution, asset management and ticket systems
- Ideallyknow-how in ITSM processes
- Communicationskills, commitment and service readiness as well as a pragmatic andresponsible way of thinking and acting
