You are a good fit here if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical engineering;
- Strong level of English both written and spoken with a focus on technical language;
- Hands on experience in a Quality Manager role;
- Manufacturing industry experience;
- People skills & effective collaboration;
- An understanding of methods used for product testing;
- Are able to lead in areas of risk management, quality loss elimination;
- A leadership mindset & ability to prioritize autonomously;
- ISO 9001:2015 knowledge & certification and hands on approach;
- ISO 14001:2015 knowledge;
- ISO 45001:2018 knowledge - nice to have;
- Like to bring innovation to your work, while having the capacity to analyze situations and provide solutions;
Your role as Quality Manager:
- You will have direct responsibility for the management of
- site Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes and product release; - Document and report product or service quality levels & recommend solutions;
- Accountable for the
- up of series production; - Offer support for one or more technologies and drives their improvement;
- Permanently searching solution to eliminate losses by leading root cause analysis and avoiding recurrence by defining a standard and operating procedure;
- Offering support to validate process of equipment from a functional point of view regarding initiatives (installation of new equipment);
- Single point of contact for external and internal audits, leads the audits;
- Create a knowledge management system for the quality team;
- Lead the internal audit in matter of quality assurance;
- Prepares and reviews the mandatory procedures required by ISO 9001, the Quality Manual, procedures and instructions specific to the department;
- Hands on approach.
