About the Role

For one of our key clients, we are looking for an experienced ABAP Developer with German to join the HR Platforms (HRP) team. The role involves supporting and enhancing a complex HR landscape built on SAP HCM, SAP Portal/Gateway, and hybrid integration with SAP Success
Factors.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions within the SAP HCM and Enterprise Portal ecosystem, ensuring both functional excellence and system maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and validate functional and technical requirements, ensuring technical feasibility.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs.

• Design, develop, test, document, and implement software solutions for SAP HCM and related systems.

• Support and enhance existing applications within SAP HCM, SAP Portal/Gateway, and Success
  Factors integration.

• Ensure compliance with
  - functional requirements such as performance, security, data privacy, and usability.

• Provide technical consulting and advice to internal departments and stakeholders.

• Collaborate within an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

• Ensure
  - term maintainability and alignment with overall system architecture.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in SAP application development.

• Proven experience in SAP HCM and SAP Enterprise Portal (ESS/MSS) development.

• Strong programming skills in ABAP and ABAP Objects.

• Experience with SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, or Gateway/OData is a plus.

• SAP HCM / EP certification is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in German (B2C1) and English.

• Strong analytical and

• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
