ABOUT THE JOB
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales person who has prior experience generating new revenue from existing clients. The role combines an excellent knowledge of the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of NIQ products and services. You will be responsible for aligning key customer priorities and insights back to NIQ’s capabilities, identifying & converting opportunities to deepen commercial relationships and drive additional revenue.
You will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with the clients, delivering on the revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of continuous services whilst identifying opportunities to meet growth targets. You will develop effective relationships between individuals and teams both internally and at clients, to provide best in class NIQ / client commercial partnerships.
You'll devise a strategic approach for developing a group of clients through agile and flexible solutions that deliver value to our clients in a profitable way. We are looking for someone who is ready to drive positive change, challenge wider business process and be fully driven by achieving success with the support of the wider industry team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed revenue target
- Use a consultative selling approach to identify client business need, qualify, probe, scope and sell in NIQ services
- Execute

- end sales process from feasibility analysis, including pricing, negotiating terms, writing proposals, and closing the sale
- Delivering on the revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of continuous services
- Manage client relationship and sales efforts with recurring
- hoc clients by promptly answering client questions regarding data quality, service offering and product delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Become proficient in NIQ services, systems, and software tools
- Participate in team projects
- Conduct revenue forecasting on respective client base
- Be representative of NIQ brand, top of the class agency, by attending and participating at internal and external conferences, congresses
- Cooperating with execution and operations team
- Drive to the Client satisfaction (NPS)
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of experience market research/marketing
- Good knowledge on consumer research methodologies
- A proven track record in Sales
- Experience selling
- based solutions
- A proven ability to generate business across a portfolio of existing clients
- An understanding of the issues facing FMCG manufacturer and retailers
- Building strong relations with Clients, strong Client management skills
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- High communication skills
- High level of responsibility,

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power
Point and Microsoft tools
