Account Director
Răspunde la anunțAs Account Director, you are responsible for maintaining the relationship with a fixed group of customers. You are the first point of contact when it comes to questions, price and feasibility of research. You ensure that proposals are delivered correctly and on time and you meet your clients on a regular basis.
It is of course necessary to build a good relationship with your customers, to provide the highest level of service, to exceed expectations and to have an eye for opportunities in the market. You are aware of the turnover target that has to be met.
Together with your direct manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve these sales targets. Of course we provide the right training under the guidance of the Sales Directors and Senior Account Directors.
Furthermore you make sure that you have knowledge of Dynata's complete product portfolio and that you can communicate this clearly to others.
