
Account Executive
We are looking for a passionate, well-organized, and execution-driven Account Executive to join our team and support the development and rollout of ATL projects for local and international brands.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of audiovisual and print deliverables and can effectively coordinate template-based creative processes, tactical campaigns, and mid-complexity contextual projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Director in managing client relationships and day-to-day account operations with accuracy and a proactive attitude.
- Manage contextual ATL projects (seasonal, promotional, or ad-hoc initiatives) from briefing to delivery.
- Coordinate the implementation supervision of tactical campaigns with AV and print deliverables, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.
- Prepare ATL materials (TVCs, short videos, print ads) using existing templates, working closely with creative and production teams.
- Extrapolate approved templates into similar materials, adapted to specific communication channels (e. g. , POSMs, digital adaptations).
- Prepare project fees and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production, implementation) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate efficiently with internal teams (strategy, creative, production, implementation) and external vendors.
- Prepare weekly client status reports.
- Participate in status meetings and assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and client use.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of all deliverables with brand standards and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation.
- Prepare monthly proof of delivery archives for one of the main agency clients.
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with internal team members and external vendors.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within an advertising agency or marketing environment.
- Experience working on international client accounts is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ATL, BTL, and Social Media marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
