Leroy Merlin Romania is developing its own Marketplace, a key pillar of our ambitious plan to transform the business and strengthen our position as a leading home improvement and living solutions platform. The Marketplace will expand our product and service offering, enhance customer experience, and create a new strategic revenue stream.

? MISSION

As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Identify, prioritize, and manage a sales pipeline of potential Marketplace sellers.

Lead negotiations and onboarding of new,
- potential partners.

Support sellers with
- driven insights to help them grow sustainably.

Analyze and optimize performance metrics to improve satisfaction and profitability.

Collaborate
- functionally (IT, Retail, Finance, Stores) to deliver
- visibility projects on time.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for growth.

? WHO YOU ARE/YOUR PROFILE

Fluency to speak, read and write in English.

1 to 3 years of experience in consulting,
- commerce, FMCG or retail.

Strong commercial, analytical, and
- building skills.

Highly organized,
- oriented, and driven by ownership.

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

Knowledge of the E-commerce industry and Marketplace platforms is a plus.
