Descrierea rolului:
• Mentinerea si dezvoltarea legaturilor cu clientii prin vizitarea acestora;
• Dezvoltarea si extinderea portofoliului de clienti;
• Analiza permanenta a zonei de vanzare si a cifrelor de vanzare (profitabilitate, marja, clienti top, etc. );
• Evidentierea, urmarirea si castigarea proiectelor majore existente;
• Aflarea necesitatilor clientilor si emiterea ofertelor;
• Verificarea comenzilor clientilor, controlarea livrarii marfurilor catre clienti si urmarirea incasarii facturilor;
• Negocierea contractelor si semnarea lor cu informarea in prealabil a superiorului;
• Intocmirea rapoartelor solicitate de seful deptamentului;
• Suport in instalarea aparatelor prin furnizarea de informatii complete asupra clientilor sau ocazional prin livrarea lor;
• Suport in instalarea aparatelor prin discutii cu clientii referitor la indeplinirea conditiilor de instalare de catre client conform contractului;
• Respectarea procedurilor sistemului calitatii aplicabile departamentului si a politicii firmei;
• Rezolvarea in sens pozitiv si in timp util a reclamatiilor clientilor;
• Efectuare de prezentari si demonstratii de functionare.
Cerinte:
• Studii superioare
- un domeniu tehnic;
• Carnet de conducere categoria B;
• Cunostinte avansate de limba Engleza;
• Cunostinte operare PC;
• Experienta de minimum 3 ani in vanzari B2B.
