✨ What You’ll Do:
? Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
? Build and maintain
- term client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction
? Support onboarding and guide clients through integrations, launches, and implementations
? Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
? Share updates, offers, and promotions with clients
? Identify upselling and
- selling opportunities to expand engagement
? Provide regular performance reports, insights, and updates to clients and management
? Stay informed about industry trends and advise clients proactively

? Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as required

? ? Native/fluent in Korean (C1) and fluent in English (B2)
? 1–2 years of experience in Account Management within the i
