Responsibilities:

Account Payable cycle

• Accounting of the supplier invoices for various countries.

• Perform accruals and prepaid bookings.

• Prepare payment proposal list.

• Booking direct debit transactions into respective ledgers.

• Booking intercompany invoices and payments.

• Performs monthly reconciliation of all accounts under responsibility.

• Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations.

• Collaborate across departments to streamline accounting procedures.

• May assist in analysis and interpretation of accounting records for use by management.

• Submits any required reports on business financial operations to the management of the company.

Controlling

• Collaborate across departments to streamline accounting procedures and make sure all external and internal audit requirements are met.

• Communicate in a professional way with all partners both within and outside the Stefanini organization.
