C is a leading global practice in Tax, Assurance and Advisory, offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide, and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.

Our Alternative Delivery Model team, based in Bucharest and Cluj, provides Accounting and Tax Compliance services to clients across the global Pw
C Network.

We are currently looking for an Associate to join the
- growing Export Delivery Center team in Cluj.

In this role you would be working to support Pw
C firms in Western Europe with their Client Accounting services.

What you will be doing

Participate in various engagements (preparation of the accounting records in compliance with the applicable accounting and tax regulations, preparation of specific management reports according to the client group requirements, tax compliance, etc. ).

Tasks related to bookkeeping, bank statements and reconciliations,
- end closing activities.

Establish and maintainrelationships with client management.

Continually learn and share knowledge with other team members.

Build relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service.

Identify opportunities to improve our products and processes.

What we need from you

You hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.

You have good accounting knowledge and more than 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting.

You have excellent computer knowledge plus ability to work with special accounting ERP’s, such as SAP or Abacus.

You have strong analytical and
- solving skills, with focus on execution.

You have strong English language skills.

You are eager to dive into new topics and to learn new skills.

You have advanced written and verbal communication skills.

You are highly adaptable and open to change.
