The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting the
- end and
- end close processes. This role is vital in managing

- day accounting operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with IFRS and UAE tax laws.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure that general ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to support audit activities.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing financial forecasts.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure full compliance with FTA (Federal Tax Authority) regulations.
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers, and conduct regular asset audits.
• Support and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick
  Books, Zoho, Tally, or other ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
