Long Description

 Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor in Finance or equivalent based on experience

• Minimum 3 year’s experience (in production environment it is considered a plus)

• Solid finance understanding: accounting, tax (direct and indirect), financial management

• Solid understanding in working in an ERP environment and excellent skills in Excel/Access

• Solid understanding in working in an accounting software (e. g. Winmentor, SAP it is considered a plus but not mandatory)

Job description:

• Data processing of supporting documents such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank statements, etc.

• Support the team to analyze and improve current processes to ensure that local requirements are observed.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, check the correctness of journal entries to ensure we can guarantee the correct processing of data.

• Responsible for various financial reporting preparation, perform financial analysis and
- hoc support to Finance Manager in order to ensure correct Group Reporting.

• Coordinate and organize the daily activities according to the priorities and competences as per the organization needs; ensure that an efficient and effective service can be offered that meets the quality criteria of the organization (on a timely manner).

• Solve complex accountancy issues and supervise regular reporting to ensure that correct accounting can be guaranteed, provide support with the tax returns preparation.

• Assist in process automation and efficiency improvement within accounting department on a local and Group level in terms of accounting procedures and tools. Draw up, check and follow up financial reporting procedures in order to guarantee high quality reports at all times and that we meet the applicable criteria in terms of service, quality and processing time.

• Ensure you are
- informed about the evolutions and developments related to accountancy and that your knowledge is

- date within the context of the amendments to regulations to ensure your credibility can be strengthened by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.

• Assist in auditing activities and SAP transition.
