As our Accounting and Finance Process Transformation Specialist, you will lead the strategy, execution, and governance of

- end finance and accounting process transformation initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, global controllership, and
- functional teams to modernize systems, implement automation, and embed a culture of continuous improvement—directly supporting Broadridge’s mission of delivering
- leading innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the roadmap and execution of process optimization initiatives across finance and accounting (e. g. , AP, AR, reporting, tax, general ledger), aligning with Broadridge’s strategic goals.
Drive the adoption of new financial technologies (ERP, RPA, AI) by working closely with IT and digital teams to modernize workflows and ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
Lead and manage
- functional project teams, creating detailed project plans and documentation, and overseeing training to enable smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
Establish and monitor metrics/KPIs to gauge impact, identifying further opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring
- in and minimal disruption during transformation phases.
Act as the main point of contact to communicate progress, challenges, and successes to executive leadership and key stakeholders across business units.
Foster a culture of innovation, improvement, and
- solving within the finance department.
Minimum Qualifications
