Accounting Specialist
As Finance Accounting Specialist in our Financial Shared Service, you will learn how to deliver first class accounting services to our internal clients, and you will work in a dynamic team with high focus on personal development with challenging, varied tasks and responsibility from the outset.
The Accounting Specialist covering this role will learn and work with the other departments from finance and operation to insure a smooth close for the month end, prepare and submit specific reports for the entities that are In the portfolio.
The role will be in Cluj-Napoca.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepares reports related to the projects and sending them to the persons responsible in the operation department to confirm the projects that can be closed.

- end closing activities. - Provides support to team members, when necessary, consults with them to standardize the way of working.
- It is ensured that it respects the provisions of the Accounting Law when operating the accounting notes.
- Participate in the creation of various accounting procedures in order to improve the processes.
- Performs any other tasks given by the direct manager, in relation to the responsibilities of the position or compliance with the law.
- Performs support activities agreed with the direct manager in case of team members absence.
- Flexible schedule agreed according to the needs of the clients served.
- Responsible with reporting any system issues and follow up a resolution with IT department.
- Other related duties which may be assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics or student at Finance/Accounting University is preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years relevant experience needed
- graduate at Finance/Accounting University.
- Excel and good analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Integrity and ethical behavior.
Language skills: English at advanced/native level
