In this exciting role as an Accounts Payable Supervisor , you will have the opportunity to manage and oversee one of the accounts payable teams of the organization. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, manage vendor relationships, supervise staff, and maintain the integrity of the accounts payable process.

What you will do:

Manage, lead, and train accounts payable staff

Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts payable ledger

Review and approve accounts payable invoices and payments

Reconcile accounts payable accounts

Resolve any accounts payable issues or discrepancies

Manage vendor relationships and resolve vendor inquiries

Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures

Prepare accounts payable reports for management

Assist with
- end and
- end close activities

What will make you successful:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

At least 5 years of accounts payable experience

At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and accounts payable processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and leadership skills
