Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable & Credit Risk – Senior Process Associate – German– Remote RO

Responsibilities

-Perform Customer Credit Risk Assessment for Exiting / New customer

-Contact with internal stakeholders (CSD, Bus, local Finance) for credit exposure alignment, issues, and escalations

-Cash Application, research unapplied cash, unidentified payment, Cash app report out

-Handling Collections, AR Dispute and Reporting

-Initiate collections for invalid disputes/ deductions and credit or debit note adjustment for a valid deduction

-Review and monitor AR ageing reports across in scope customers via ERP reports

-Auto - Manual billing - Dispatch and uploads of
- invoices to customers via customer portals i. e. , Coupa, Tungsten, Ariba etc. ,
- mails, ERP

Minimum qualifications

-Graduate (Commerce, Business Administration)

-Relevant experience

-SAP ERP experience

-With relevant years of on hand Experience in credit risk, cash application

-Customer Billing process, Working knowledge in Letter of Credit, Payment terms

-Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc. , )

-Customer Focus, Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation,
- tasking abilities required

Preferred Qualifications

-Required language level for daily tasks: English C1+ German C1

-Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly

-High motivation and ability to learn

-Ability to work under pressure in a multifaceted environment.

-Ability to be flexible and adapt to constantly changing priorities

-Builds and maintains effective internal relationships to assure successful business performance

-Resolves problems with partners quickly and efficiently, takes direction where needed
