Acquisition Management Expert
Job Description
You will support our sales teams with various activities within Acquire business process:
- Coordinate internal
- off meetings and maintain acquisition timelines to ensure project milestones are met. - Assist in preparing approval documentation for internal
- making steps. - Draft and organize key internal documents, such as checklists, quotation letters, and project summaries.
- Support project data input and decision preparation in relevant systems and tools.
- Assist with cost and profitability calculations (Cost & EBIT) and coordinate related activities.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal reviews and reporting (e. g. , business acquisition reviews).
- Monitor and follow up on open action items to ensure timely completion.
- Support sales documentation and business framework activities using internal tools.
- Assist with export control documentation and compliance checks.
- Coordinate change offer processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking and updates.
Competences:
- Communication Skills and the ability to prepare clear documentation and presentations
- High accuracy in handling documentation and compliance checks.
- Very organized and disciplined personality
- Collaboration & Teamwork - ability to work closely with sales teams and
- functional departments. - Adaptability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business/Economics or a related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales/Finance/Controlling or Data Analysis
Languages: Very good English skills
