Schedule meetings and appointments as required, managing calendars effectively.

Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings, keeping track of minutes.

Monitor action items gathered during meetings and follow up with relevant partners.

Understand internal processes of the Electrical Construction department and the company’s corporate structure.

Suggest improvement ideas to enhance departmental efficiency.

Assist in absence and holiday planning for team members.

Plan travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

Coordinate events and engagements as needed.

Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.

Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Engineering, or similar).

Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.

Experience in automating processes to improve efficiency.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Tact and diplomacy in all interactions.
