What you will be doing.

As Аdministrative Assistant you will provide full administrative support to all the services provided by ABL Group, and assist with
-
- day office running as may be required for the effective operation. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Provide administrative support to office staff.  

Preparing cost and expenses data for the Company’s accounting system.

Responding to or passing on queries by email and telephone.  

Assist with File management and document control.

Assist with Project administration.  

Ordering of all office supplies and PPE.  

The role is based in Constanta and the incumbent has the right to work and reside in Romania. The role is primarily
- based, with a flexibility to work hours from time to time.

- versed in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Power
Point, and Word).  

Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
