Come to our Advisory Team if:

You are 3rd year student or Master’s student in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related fields, who is smart and eager to learn and develop

You have very good analytical skills and business awareness

You know how to solve problems, have initiative and curiosity

You have good Romanian and English skills

Multitasking is in your nature and you know how to prioritize

You have entrepreneurial spirit (working alone comes easy), but you are also a very good team player

Your future role

Depending on which department you are going to be part of, here is a short preview of what you'll do:

Valuation & Modeling:

Prepare financial and economic analyses on client companies, comparable transactions and public companies using Deloitte databases and other publicly available information

Prepare of individual modules of financial models, proposals and sales pitch

Assist in drafting reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits and charts

Transaction Services:

Participate in financial analysis / due diligences processes

Analyzing businesses to identify key drivers of financial performance

Draft presentations and present the results to Manager/clients

Value Creation Services:

Participate in commercial and operational due diligences processes for the acquisition of diverse Romanian companies

Prepare market research analyses on various industries

Draft presentations and present the results to Manager/clients

Sustainability

Conduct information research on market and sustainability topics

Collect and compile data

Assist in drafting of proposals, presentations, reports, and educational and marketing materials

Help model and calculate ESG metrics

Participate to our Advisory Student Experience Day and get
- depth exposure to the profession and learn more about the
