Your new challenges

Facilitate the adoption and adherence to Agile principles and practices within the product and project teams. You coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies.

You will lead initiatives that drive agility at an organizational level.

Define and implement a structured process and set of tools for leading the people to a
- oriented organization and agile mindset.

As an Agile Master you will coach the teams with the respective understanding of roles and responsibilities within the agile delivery.

Provide guidance on how to continuously improve processes and practices. Use
- driven insights and help the product team to optimize the delivery system.

Foster a collaborative and
- performing team environment through promoting open communication, trust, accountability and respect among team members to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Actively support the product team in overcoming obstacles related to dependencies with other products.

Guide the teams through various workshops and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily
- ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

What do we expect from you:

You have university degree preferably in computer science

You can show relevant experience in an agile organization

Previous experience in implementing an Agile framework at least one time

Strong understanding of Agile: In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, values, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. ) and SCRUM roles.

Certification such as Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum
Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.

Awareness of Lean principles and practices, including minimizing waste, optimizing flow, empowering teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You know Tuckman’s theory and its applicability for managing team dynamics

You can adapt your process to fit the situation at hand. Remote or in person, you’re equally capable to achieve your objectives.

You have communication & leadership skills and ability to drive the change

You love to teach, mentor and coach others

You are fluent in English (written, spoken)

German knowledge is the cherry on top
