We're looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our elite consulting team. You'll work on diverse internal R&D initiatives and
- stakes client projects, delivering
- ready AI systems that solve real business problems. This role combines deep technical expertise with
- facing responsibilities. You'll architect solutions, lead implementation, and present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

- Design and implement

- end AI solutions for clients across various industries and use cases;

- Build sophisticated LLM applications using RAG, vector databases,
- tuning, and agentic workflows;

- Develop custom ML models for
- specific challenges including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics;

- Independently assess, clean, and engineer features from complex, messy datasets;

- Own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment;

- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with client stakeholders;

- Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams;

- Mentor junior engineers and establish AI/ML best practices across client engagements;

- Collaborate with
- functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders;

- Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and thought leadership in AI/ML.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals;

- 5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale;

- 3+ years of
- on experience with LLMs, including API integration and local deployment;

- Strong data engineering and data science expertise—you can work with raw, unstructured data and transform it into ML-ready datasets;

- Expert-level Python proficiency with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (Py
Torch, Tensor
Flow, Hugging Face);

- Proven experience with modern AI techniques: RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic systems;

- Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration experience;

- Experience building scalable microservices, APIs, and ML inference pipelines;

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects

- Advanced degrees in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical fields;
