
Analist Servicii Clienti - ITALIAN, English
SB Software is looking for a Help Desk Analyst with teamwork abilities, good communication and interacting capacities to provide SPOC, 1st and 2nd level client specific product/software support.
The activity will take place at the company's headquarters in Timisoara, in the central area.
The job responsibilities are:
- According assistance to clients over the phone;
- Provide specific software support to stores and retail customers
- You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received
- You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st and 2 nd level Help-Desk issues
- Outbound calls to customers will be sometimes necessary, in order to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems
The ideal candidate:
- You are fluent in ITALIAN (Mandatory); ENGLISH is a plus
- Medium IT skills (MS Office, Hardware, Software, Operating Systems, Acrobat Reader)
- Retail or call center environment experience is highly desirable
