We are looking for an experienced Android Software Engineer. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that we optimize the user experience on smart TVs, mobile devices and Set-Top Boxes for more than 100 million users. Your main activities will be to:

• write
  - designed, testable, efficient code
• integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• document and maintain software functionality
• troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

Requirements

Experience with:

• Android development
• Android Services
• Java / Kotlin
• Remote data via REST and APIs, JSON, XML
• Retrofit / Glide

• UI/UX knowledge
• Fluent English

Any of those will increase your chances:

• Certification(s) in relevant fields
• Working experience with:
  • Dagger 2, Firebase, Room
  • RXJava
  • SQLite
  • Data persistence
  • Content provider implementation
  • Android Studio+ Gradle
  • Exo
    Player
  • Android Set Top Box development
  • Agile Methodologies
