Application Support Engineer
Purpose
The Application Support Engineer is a
- oriented role which is responsible for technical assistance, maintenance and implementation of system components deployed by IDEMIA. You will work closely with the application support team members to troubleshoot issues, provide technical assistance to customers, and contribute to the improvement of applications' performance and reliability.
Key Missions
- level support to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and scheduled activities.
