
Artist Booking Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in the music industry.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative, operational, and creative support to the sales team — ensuring smooth communication between clients, artists, and internal departments. You’ll play a key part in coordinating offers, contracts, and event logistics, while helping the team reach its sales goals and maintain a strong presence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Build and maintain internal databases of clients, artists, and partners
- Conduct online research to identify new business leads and opportunities
- Prepare personalized commercial offers for concerts, private or corporate events
- Update marketing kits, artist portfolios, and public catalogues
- Collect, extract, and curate internal and external data for reporting purposes
- Assist in logistics planning (travel, accommodation, equipment, etc. )
- Build itineraries and handle contracting on behalf of clients or artists
- Track payments and follow up with clients when needed
- Act as a communication bridge between the sales team and operational departments
- Answer calls and manage client inquiries professionally
- Support event coordination and represent the company at selected events, festivals, and conferences
Requirements
- minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, sales support, customer relations, or account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Affairs, or Management
- Prior experience in the music, entertainment, or events industry is a strong plus
- Passion for music and good understanding of how the live events and artist booking ecosystem works
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Great communication and interpersonal skills — diplomacy and discretion are essential
- Ability to anticipate client and team needs
- Positive, open-minded attitude and readiness to brainstorm new ideas
- Punctuality, professionalism, and respectful demeanor are a must
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
Good to Know
- Office presence is mandatory (this is not a remote role)
- Only candidates based in Bucharest will be considered
- The role involves occasional travel with the sales team to attend events and represent the company
