• Full and independent entry of customer orders into the ERP system – after training.
• Overseeing and developing a personal portfolio of small business clients.
• Active support to the sales team in handling client requirements, offer submissions, and contract preparation.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate CRM and order records to ensure visibility for the sales and operations teams.
• Ensuring proper documentation flow and compliance with internal policies.
