Our client is a leading provider of Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaa
S) solutions, empowering businesses with
- edge customer engagement tools. The company is pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance
- time communication capabilities. It is also expanding its solution into an Agentic AI Platform that will include a dedicated Quality Management module.

We are building a dedicated development team in Cluj for this project and have just started the recruitment process for this new team.

To support this growth, we are looking for a skilled ASP. NET Developer to join the client’s innovative development team.

Position Overview

The ASP. NET Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI-driven features within the Agentic CCaa
S platform and will be part of the new development team building the Quality Management module. The role involves leveraging Azure’s AI services and tools to deliver seamless and intelligent
- time communication solutions. It requires a solid background in backend development and strong expertise in Azure technologies to build scalable, efficient, and secure systems.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development, primarily with. NET technologies.

• Familiarity with Azure Saa
  S products and how to use them to enhance security and performance
• Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation
• Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying scalable backend services
• Understanding of serverless solutions on Azure, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps
