Assistant Facilities Manager - Private Company
Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join the team at a prestigious private company in UAE. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the company. You will ensure that all facilities are functioning optimally, contributing to a safe and luxurious environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of maintenance schedules and operational procedures for the company
- Support the Facilities Manager in planning and executing facility maintenance and improvement projects
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Oversee the work of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage facility budgets and expenses
- Address maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently
- Assist in developing policies and procedures related to facilities management
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the Facilities Manager
Requirements
- Must be graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- At least 4-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage emergencies effectively
- Proficient in facilities management software and MS Office Suite
- Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of the company
Benefits
Salary: AED15, 000- AED 25, 000 AED plus other benefits.
