Eastrategies is looking for an Assistant Manager for DPH PARQUET SRL, a company in Timișoara operating in the wood processing industry.

Field of activity: Administrative position

Level: mid-level

Main tasks:

• Import-export operations:
• a keen understanding of operational processes in commercial trades.
• introducing data within internal registered tables.
• follow up the operations and chronologically tracking the movements of goods from / to EU and NON-EU countries.
• keeping records and files of all the documents.
• Ro e transport: knowledge of Ro-e transport operations is an advantage, as well as obtaining the UIT code in SPV.
• Invoicing:
• prepare the preliminary tables for invoicing according to the company`s price list.
• follow up and keeping records of all the invoices and delivery documents.
• Stockand value:
• preparation of preliminary tables for obtaining the monthly and annual stock value.
• adapt the prices in the stock tables according to the invoices received.

Required skills:

• Multitasking position.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear information exchange between team members, financial department and management.
• Time management skills: expertise in prioritizing tasks and time management efficiently.
• Computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft office, one drive, SPV (ANAF system). Open to learn other informatic programs as for example, SAGE.
• strong ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• strong attention to details.
• adaptability: the capacity to respond effectively to changes, challenges, and evolving circumstances within the work environment.
• driving license B category is an advantage.
