Assistant Project Manager - hybrid in Bucharest
Job Description
Antal International, on behalf of their client, a
Romanian systems integrator company for complex projects in refrigeration and electrical domains, is looking for:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be at the centre of the business operations functions part of the Projects Business Unit.
How will you spend your day?
- Handle all internal documents in our ERP software (client inquiries, order confirmations, client PO, projects, acceptance notes etc. )
- Follow-up on ongoing orders to update materials status
- Add/Import materials list received from engineers to ERP software
- Interface with all other company departments in project workflow stages
- Prepare invoices and forward them to our clients
- Generate various reports related to our projects
- Update internal documents related to our quotation tools
- Organise goods delivery details.
Your requirements and qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook) and Project Management tools
- Good communication, collaboration and time management skills - Written fluency in English and Romanian
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
- Very high organisational skills
- Bachelor’s degree Technical or Economic field is a plus
Other Information
-You will be under the direct coordination of the Projects Business Unit manager
-The job requires working from the office at least 2 days/week (first 2 months: 5 days/week)
-Office location: Bucharest area (Afumati, Ilfov) – transport provided by company resources
