Role description:
- Manage the agenda of the Managing Director (MD);
- Assist MD for internal and external meetings preparation and follow up;
- Draft presentations and other documents;
- Organize internal events such as Management Meetings, Year-end conference, Regional/HQ visits etc;
- Support management team with travel and accommodation planning, meetings preparation, periodic reports generation;
- Assist Marketing and HR in events organization and other activities;
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders;
- Perform Office management activities (office, supplies, deliveries, space organization, protocol etc);
- Comunicate with regional and global teams on different administrative subjects;
- Act as a change agent, advocate, and role model for the company’s desired culture.
Qualifications:
- Academic degree and professional background in similar role;
- Outstanding planning & organization skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude;
- Excellent spoken and written English - mandatory;
- Experienced in office management;
- Independent, quick learner with a demonstrated ability to analyze and understand complexity;
- High level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information.
