How You’ll Make an Impact

Conduct comprehensive and
- based internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the organization's internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.

Develop and execute audit plans, including scoping, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure
- quality audit execution and timely completion of audit projects.

Analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and present actionable recommendations to senior management to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by various business units.

Stay

- date with industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to improve audit methodologies and maintain compliance with relevant standards.

Participate in special projects or
- hoc assignments.

Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.

What You Bring

Strong past performance in academics

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting, finance or business.

CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA or other applicable certification preferred.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience within multinational enterprise, a Big4 accounting or consulting firms and currently operating at an assistant manager (or comparable level).

Strong background in accounting, audit and internal control policies and methodologies.

Demonstrable track record of performing at a high level.

Strong project management skills coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and due dates.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all management levels.

Working knowledge of Data Science and/or Data Analytics tools.

Desire and potential to develop into future leadership roles within Siemens Energy as your next career step.

Commitment to continuous learning and to global travel up to 50%.
