What Youll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain professional AV gear, including cameras, lighting, audio consoles, and signal distribution systems
• Manage live video and audio workflows, ensuring seamless,
  - quality signal during broadcasts, rehearsals, and events
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
  - site or in the studio, keeping production running smoothly
• Collaborate with creative teams, directors, and producers to achieve the AV vision for each project
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades to maximize reliability
• Help build and scale modular AV infrastructure to support growing production needs
• Stay ahead of industry trends by experimenting with new AV technologies and techniques

Who You Are

• Experienced as an AV Technician, AV Operator, or Specialist in live production, broadcast, or event environments
• Technically proficient with video switchers, signal routing, lighting control, and audio mixing
• A proactive
  - solver, able to diagnose and fix issues in real time
• Excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with both technical and creative stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
• Ready to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed
• Proficient in English and/or Romanian (additional languages are a plus)
