What youll do

• Install, configure, and maintain all audiovisual and broadcast equipment from cameras, video switchers and transmission systems to studio lighting, audio, signal routing and control room infrastructure.
• Manage AV setups for live and prerecorded productions: coordinate technical workflows, ensure broadcast quality signal integrity, and oversee live streaming or recording sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and implement effective contingency plans to guarantee uninterrupted service, even under tight schedules.
• Lead and coordinate a technical AV team: plan installations, schedule maintenance, oversee upgrades, and ensure all systems meet performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, broadcast and operations teams to deliver on project requirements balancing technical precision with creative direction and operational demands.

What were looking for

• Solid background in audiovisual engineering, broadcast production, media technology, or related technical fields.
• Hands on experience with video production, live broadcasting, camera and signal chain management, studio setups and AV system maintenance.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure in a fast paced studio environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and leadership skills capable of coordinating cross department efforts and managing a technical team.
• Flexibility to adapt to variable production schedules and live studio demands, including potential shift work and tight deadlines.
