This position gives you the opportunity to develop your skills in the freight forwarding operations and basic accounting areas, and we welcome applications from motivated,

Your responsibilities:

Your Profile:

• Completed secondary education or higher education.

• Approximately 2 years of previous experience on a similar role would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in PC operation, particularly the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook) and openness to learn other software systems as well.

• At least a medium level of fluency in English.

• Basic understanding of the transport industry together with a basic understanding of European geography would be an advantage.

• Excellent
- organization and time management, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Warm and professional communication style, both in person and in writing, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and callers.

• Reliable and
- oriented, with a structured approach to administrative tasks and
- keeping.

• Flexible and adaptable, able to remain composed and
- focused in a
- paced environment.

• Strong team player, open to collaboration and always ready to support colleagues when needed.

• Customer-focused mindset, with a natural ability to assist others and provide helpful, courteous service.
