Activities:

• Maintenance in Operational Condition level 2;
• Manage the Lifecycle of Changes/Incidents/Problems;
• Analyze and deliver resolution of incidents;
• Perform the deployment of the new versions in the client's sites around the world;
• Create the necessary documentation (tickets/change requests/ etc. ) for upgrade campaigns;
• Schedule of the global upgrade campaign regarding the security and local requirements and limitations;
• Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams: application team. monitoring team, infrastructure team and local teams in the plants.  

Skills:

• Knowledge of ACRONIS is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Linux (Red hat, Cent
  OS) and Vm
  Ware ESX (6. 5 and newer);
• Knowledge of Tanium, Service
  Now, JIRA;
• Basic understanding of Network Concept; 
• Knowledge of NAS (Synology, QNAP);
• Basic understanding of RUN, CHANGE;
• Capacity to work in a multicultural environment.
