Salary: 6. 000 - 12. 000 RON net per month

• 3–5 years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with AI/LLM (e. g. , building with transformers, NLP, or prompt engineering).
• Strong Python skills, with familiarity in SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS/GCP).
• Solid understanding of secure development practices, including IAM and data privacy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a startup environment, plus good English communication skills.

• Develop full-stack applications with a backend-heavy focus using Python, FastAPI/Flask, and JS/TS.
• Integrate AI/LLM components, such as fine-tuning models or using APIs from OpenAI/Hugging Face.
• Build secure APIs, manage data privacy and IAM, and deploy applications via Docker and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Collaborate with founders on system architecture, product strategy, and feature experimentation.
• Experiment with AI to enhance product features, like document processing or user interactions.
• Contribute to defining technical standards and, over time, help scale the team by mentoring new hires.
