We at Holycode are currently looking for a passionate and experienced  Backend Lead Developer to join our team,   Gen
Two ,  a Swiss-based fintech company revolutionizing B2B financial product creation by enabling financial professionals to design and launch investment solutions with unprecedented ease, speed, and flexibility.

At  Gen
Two  they are building the
- generation investment platform to redefine how financial products are created, managed, and operated — from idea generation to issuance and redemption.

At the core is a modular and scalable architecture powered by decentralized services and an
- driven design.

Key Responsibilities: Architect and evolve a
- based platform, defining clear service boundaries and progressively extracting functionality from existing monolithic components.

Design and implement a decentralized
- driven systems using event sourcing, message brokers, and asynchronous communication to enable reliable service interactions.

Develop on our
- native Azure stack using Node. js / Type
Script.

Build atomic services that react to business events and support parallel task execution.

Contribute to
- based,
- driven UI experiences via modular
- frontends.

Integrate AI agents for automation and coding acceleration.

Your Profile: This role requires a
- on approach to software development, including architectural design and active coding.

Proven experience leading the design and implementation of microservice architectures — from domain modeling and service decomposition to
- service communication.

Strong background in
- driven systems , event sourcing, and
- based integration (e. g. , Kafka, Rabbit
MQ, Azure Event Hub, etc. ).

Expert in Node. js / Type
Script on a
- native stack (preferably Azure).

Solid communication skills — able to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders Ability to balance strong technical depth with pragmatic
- making Bonus : Knowledge of financial products or the structured product lifecycle.

Your Tasks: Deliver an architectural blueprint based on Type
Script/Node. js on our
- native infrastructure (Azure).

This architecture aligns with our
- term platform vision.

Implement the first use case, which is already available as Po
C, based on the chosen architectural blueprint.

Provide technical leadership to a small development team in implementing additional business cases.
