About the Role

We’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong experience in Golang and AWS cloud services, and
- driven systems to help build and scale
- native applications for the Energy Transmission Solutions domain.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs in a distributed environment. You’ll work with serverless technologies,
- driven architectures, and modern Dev
Ops practices to deliver resilient and efficient software solutions.

This is a
- on engineering role where deep technical skills, a product mindset, and collaboration in
- functional teams are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Golang for
  - based,
  - driven applications
• Architect scalable, resilient, and
  - native systems using AWS (Lambda, SNS, SQS, etc. ).
• Collaborate closely with Dev
  Ops and frontend engineers in a
  - functional agile team.
• Use Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to produce clean, maintainable, and
  - documented code.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Build and operate monitoring and reporting systems to ensure observability and performance.
• Continuously improve development productivity by evaluating and integrating new tools.
• Contribute to API design and system integration using synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Advocate for engineering best practices and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional programming experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Solid understanding of
  - driven and
  - driven systems, including
  - on experience with messaging queues and topics.
• 1–2 years of
  - on experience with AWS foundational services (serverless, storage, compute, messaging, analytics).
• Experience with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, etc.
• Proficient in managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and asynchronous interfaces.
• Good understanding of Dev
  Ops principles and automated CI/CD pipelines (preferably Git
  Lab CI).
• Strong analytical mindset, initiative, and
  - solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in multinational, agile development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Domain-Driven Design at scale.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools in AWS environments.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, or
  - native design patterns.
• Previous experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is a plus.
