BI Customer Enablement - Product Owner and SME
You will be part of BI Customer Data Enablement organization in Dt&O; a global team of highly engaged and capable colleagues supporting the organizational charter. You will manage crticical for BI Data Products, supporting key stakeholders with the goal to revolutionize the way how we generate insights into customer data.
In this role you’ll:
Actively work on data quality monitoring and improvements
Influence and trigger upstream transformation and changes supporting customer data improvement
Work closely with IT and Finance on new data subject onboarding
Advocate for data sourcing and sharing strategy
Support data automation to downstream systems
Continues development of data quality KPIs and governances with varies stakeholders
Handle communication to the users
Act as focal point, trusted advisor and escalation point for stakeholders
Lead MOC effort with users
Key Skills:
Experience in data transformation initiatives
Extensive knowledge of HP data subject and business acumen
E2E knowledge of Sales Ops charter
Proven ability to interlock with cross functional teams to ensure proper integration (IT, Supply Chain, Sales Comp, etc)
Ability to work independently and manage cross functional teams
Excellent communication, cultural, and organizational change expertise
Proven ability to adapt to changes and unexpected turns with agility; ability to recognize the need to change direction and quickly pivot to the new plan; role model for how to effectively respond to change and help others adapt as well
Fluent English proficiency
