Formerly known as ING Tech, as of 2022 we provide borderless services with
- wide capabilities under the name of ING Hubs Romania and operate from two locations: Bucharest and Cluj.
With the help of 1400 engineers, risk and operations professionals, we offer 150 services in tech,
- financial risk & compliance, audit and retail operations to 24 ING units worldwide.
Our tech capabilities remain the core of our business, with more than 1100 colleagues active in Data Management, Touch
Point Channels & Integration and Core Banking.

The Mission
The Metrics & Dashboards chapter is in charge of creating an easy to use,
-
- end, service for our (internal) customers. This is your
- to place for custom made solutions in terms of Dashboarding, using mainly Microsoft stack, but also other technologies such as Python, Power
Shell or IBM.
Currently a team of 12 (& planning to grow to 15 this year), we are split by squads/projects depending on business needs and our

- day work means collaboration AGILE in a
- country squad (NL-RO).
Your day to day
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are some of your daily responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain Windows Servers;
- Patching Windows Servers / Share
Point with the latest updates available; Deploying & using Power
Shell scripts to configure and administrate Windows servers - Developing (complex) Power
Shell scripts to automate processes on Windows Server, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, Share
Point - Work with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines
- Install, configure and maintain Microsoft SQL Servers;
- T-SQL development skills
- Azure Dev
Ops pipelines - SSIS package development
What you’ll bring to the team
Experience : 3+ years
Tech stack/ knowledge :
- Mandatory : Microsoft Stack (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI), Office (used rarely),
- Nice to have: worked with Share
Point, Power
Shell
Foreign languages: English (advanced)
Education : nice to have Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field
