Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and
- oriented graduate to be our newBid Coordinatorwith fluency in French and English to join our dynamic bids team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is keen to launch a career in business development, proposals, or sales support. You will play a vital role in coordinating responses to tenders and bid requests, ensuring
- quality submissions that support our continued business growth.

As aBid Coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams to produce compelling proposal documents using standard templates and tools, including AI-powered platforms and content management systems.

Your role in our mission

Coordinate and compile responses to formal tenders and bid requests in both English and French.

Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to gather key input and align bid strategy.

Draft and format response documents using templates and
- written content.

Ensure timely submission of bids by managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

Maintain and update a central library of bid materials and standard responses.

Review and edit proposals for clarity, compliance, formatting, and alignment with brand standards.

Valued skills and experience

Recent graduate with a degree in French, Languages, Business, or a related field.

Fluent in French and English (CEFR C2 level in English).

Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills.

Comfortable working independently in a
- driven environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; experience with content or document management systems is a plus.
