YOUR MISSION
We are looking for new colleagues to join our team in Timisoara or in home office! The open position is for a Bid Manager - German Speaker, in the internal sales department.
Your tasks
- Analysis and selection of tenders in terms of contract design, time frame, economic and technical feasibility
- Initial setup and continuous management of our internal personnel profiles
- Processing tenders for software development, consulting and support in public administration
- Selection, processing and optimised presentation of our references and personnel profiles
- Coordination and bundling of all preparatory work
- Consolidation of the partial results and compilation of the final tender documents
- Continuous process and quality improvement in the bid management team
THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US
- Completed studies or training with relevant professional experience in the IT industry
- Business fluent in spoken and written German
- Skill and enthusiasm for creating texts
- Good knowledge of project coordination
- High affinity for the IT services industry
- Independent working style, initiative and acceptance of responsibility
- Working hours:
