- facing roles, you’re comfortable navigating complexity and managing multiple priorities. Minimum Qualifications

Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level); and professional proficiency in English

Minimum 3 years in a
- facing role (e. g. , customer service, technical support, sales operations).

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
Point).

Familiarity with CRM and Bid Management Tools plus ERP Systems (e. g. , Salesforce, Concept Office, SAP ERP).

Ability to understand and communicate technical or process concepts clearly.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in B2B environments or sales

Exposure to project execution and product specification.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

What You Will Be Doing:

Bid Management: Coordinate and manage the
-
- end bid process, from quotations to order management, product lead times, and 3PP management.

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to clarify requirements, respond to queries, and ensure alignment with expectations.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze bid outcomes and gather feedback to improve future submissions and client requests.
