- serif"> As an engineer, a Senior Estimator – Building Management Systems (BMS) at Honeywell, in Bucharest , Romania , you will be responsible for working within the Project Operation Team, helping Sales Excellence Specialist translate Customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to create the lowest achievable installation cost estimate; recording all assumptions, exclusions and specification deviations for inclusion within the proposal. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

  - height: 107%"> Assist with creating highly professional technical and commercial proposals suitable for presentation to the highest levels of management.

  - height: 107%"> Assist the Sales Team in understanding and assessing Customer’s requirements.

  - height: 107%"> Select the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services that will deliver the highest value to the Customer

  - height: 107%"> Drive estimate quality, accuracy, and timely production.
• - serif;
  - height: 107%"> Consolidate all documentation in a timely and accurate manner as per the document management standard.

  - height: 107%"> Participate in obtaining Subcontractor & Vendor quote

  - height: 107%"> Ensure use of most current standard library of designs to keep the cost of delivery as low as possible.

  - height: 107%"> Provide input and assist with the evaluation and selection of Subcontractors and Vendors.

  - height: 107%"> Work with the Remote Engineering Teams to ensure to maximize the use in support of this productivity initiative.

  - height: 107%"> Lead the use of engineering consistency, use of engineering standards and tools.

  - height: 107%"> Involvement in opportunities in the Romanian market, working closely together with local Sales Reps, Proposal & Estimation and Project Management Teams.

  - height: 107%"> Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
• - serif;
  - height: 107%"> 1-5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) estimating, selling, project implementation
• - serif;
  - height: 107%">  Knowledge of existing hardware installations and upgrade requirements to current technology
• - serif;
  - height: 107%"> Proficient with Standard Hardware Drawing tool set for submittals
• - serif;
  - height: 107%"> Knowledge of BMS products available on market
• - serif;
  - height: 107%"> Documentation tools expertise (submittals, drawings /Auto
  CAD/, etc. )

  - height: 107%"> MS Office package pro user
