Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business & Functional Analyst with strong expertise in telecom technologies and Unified Communications (UC) systems. The role involves supporting ongoing projects through requirement analysis, documentation, coordination, and functional support, with a focus on
- user communication systems such as Microsoft Teams telephony and SIP-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements together with internal stakeholders.

• Analyse current communication workflows and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support projects related to Unified Communications and telephony systems (Teams Voice, SIP).

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, process descriptions, and functional specifications.

• Monitor progress, track action items, and support overall project coordination.

• Assist in data collection, interpretation, and presentation for project
  - making.

Required Profile

• 3+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar.

• Solid understanding of Unified Communications systems, including Microsoft Teams telephony, softphone solutions, SIP phone systems, and related telecom technologies.

• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.

• Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal), capable of producing structured reports, documentation, and meeting summaries.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
