
Business & Administrative Services Specialist
We are recruiting a Business & Administrative Services Specialist for one of our clients, a manufacturing company in Bulgaria.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Business;
- Minimum 2 years of experience;
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, and SAP - is an advantage;
- Familiar with the Occupational Health and Safety Legislation;Competencies: Partnership. Communication, Decision Making, Professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages the office correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee and customer communications;
- Organizes and monitors the inventory of office supplies and consumables;
- Ensures the proper maintenance of office premises and infrastructure, including managing service contracts and coordinating with external service providers to maintain the working environment;
- Coordinates and supervises repair and maintenance activities in the buildings;
- Manages and ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of all office spaces, acting as the primary point of contact with cleaning and maintenance service providers to address any issues that arise;
- Ensures the efficient operation of the company’s vehicle fleet;
- Monitors and controls the documentation related to vehicle usage, including tracking mileage and fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations;
- Manages mobile phone contracts, ensuring that all employees have the necessary mobile and data plans for their line of work;
- Manages and keeps evidence of the laptops and tablets in the company.
- Administers the administrative budget;
- Takes on additional tasks as required by the direct supervisor, Business Unit Manager, or Director, handling unexpected responsibilities that align with the department’s objectives and goals.
